At 3DM Lifestyle, we strive for perfection in every pair of shoes, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring the soles are protected, and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
